- Health/Vaccination Record
For Grade 2 to Grade 10
- 1. Copy of Birth Certificate
- 2. Copy of CPR [Child & Parents]
- 3. Copy of Passport [Copy of Resident Permit For Expats]
- 4. Smart Card Details of Parents
- 5. 4 Passport Size Photographs
- 6. Health Report/Vaccination Record
- 7. Final Report Card from Previous School
- 8. Transfer & Conduct Certificates from Previous School, Once The Admission is Confirmed
- 9. Equivalency Certificate from Examination Directorate
